She is survived by: her children, Karen Elaine Phillips (Robert Phillips) and Timothy William Norris (Tina Norris); her grandchildren, Robert Phillips, Ryan Phillips, Emily Norris and Erin Norris; and her great grandchildren, RJ Phillips, Nora Phillips, David Phillips and Sam Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials be sent to Samaritans Purse, the Baptist Medical and Dental Mission or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
