He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bell and Charles Spencer Maxey. He is survived by: his children, Michael Wayne Maxey, Lisa Marie Reynolds and Brandon Maxey. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
