William Eugene Long Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Eugene Long of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howell Eugene Long and Mary Berry Bentley Long. He is survived by: his pet Topsy; his wife Sissy; his children, Bill (Suzanne), Bentley (Catherine) and Mary (David); and his caregivers, Constance, Euleen, Lisa and Desby. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Idlewild Presbyterian Church in Memphis, TN, Rhodes College, or University of Tennessee Heath Science Center.
