With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winnoka Norfleet of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on March 12, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phifer and Pauline McCroom. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Norfleet; her children, Fontaine Norfleet of Memphis, TN and Leroy Norfleet, Jr. of New Orleans, LA; and her goddaughter Dominique Lucas. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren.
