She was predeceased by: her parents, Travis Lamar and Mattie Pearl Killingsworth Fare; and her husband Cary Todd "Smiley" Turner. She is survived by: her daughter Lacey Hammock (Dusty) of Corinth; and her siblings, Kimberly Hammock (Tim Sagely) and Travis Gene Fare (Chelsea) of Michie, TN.
