He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Junior Henley and Margaret Ellen Wells Henley; his son Steven Henley; and his siblings, Pam Kilpatrick, Kay Gooch, Peggy Henley and Barry Ray Henley.

He is survived by: his wife Toy K. Henley of Middleton, TN; his daughter Rene Sparks (Wesley) of Albany, GA; his granddaughters, Shelby Mercer (Daniel) of Albany, GA and Ashley Sparks (Brandon Brown) of Albany, GA; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Koen and Beau Mercer; and his sister Sharon McQueen of Olive Branch, MS..
