She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Roy Hammons and Essilene Sweat Hammons; her husband Huey P. Mott; and her sister Jo Ann Frazier. She is survived by : her children, Melissa Denton (Boyette) of Toone, Robbie Mott (Sheree) of Middleton and Timothy Mott of Oakland; her siblings, Joyce Cumbo (Pat) of Chesapeake, VA, Evelyn Ghibaudy of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Kathryn Arwood (Steve) of Olive Branch, MS, Martha McDonald (Tommy) of Jackson, TN, Sandra Duke (Michael) of Bartlett, TN, Harold Hammons (Marty) of Greer, SC, Jimmy Hammons (Katrina) of Saulsbury and Michael Hammons (Laura) of Germantown, TN; her grandchildren, Evan Mott (Danielle) of Middleton, Lindsey Denton of Bolivar, Drew Denton (Savana) of Toone, Emily Wilkey (Clay) of Morristown, TN, Natalie Daniel (Ryan) of Bolivar, Blake Denton (Autum) of Bolivar and Sarah Alysse Mott of Murfreesboro, TN; and her great grandchildren, Caitley, Dallas, Chance Mott, Beau, Davis Denton and Miles Daniel. She is also survived by her siblings, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Middleton Church of Christ (224 N Main St, Middleton, TN 38052). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Reaves Cemetery (110 Reeves Church Ln, Middleton, TN 38052).
