He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther David "Dave" Mills, Sr. and Lola Ophia Scott Mills; and his brothers, Luther David Mills, Jr. and Harold Scott "Jack" Mills, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Gail Mills; his sister Dorothy Cagle of Middleton, TN; his children, Melinda Russell (Danny) of Middleton and Gerry Mills of Middleton; his grandchildren, Scott Lawson (Tanya), Jordan Vaughan and Sydney Duffy (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Brodie and Callie Lawson.
