She is survived by: her husband James David; her daughters, Rhonda Avent (Barry) of Middleton and Misty Crowley (Lynn) of Middleton; her grandchildren, Kimberly Borden (Chad) of Bolivar, Paige Vales (Alex) of Middleton, Chelsea Crowley of Collierville, TN and Lyndon Crowley (Madison) of Middleton, Six; and her brother Larry Smalley (Brenda) of Middleton. She is also survived by Six great-grandchildren.
