He was predeceased by : his parents, John Edwin King and Ola Mae Wooten King; and his brother Jerrell King. He is survived by : his wife Hulene Cox King; his children, Dr. Kathryn Redditt of Oakland and Greg King (Bailey) of Corinth, MS.; his granddaughter Laura Potts (Evan) of Memphis; his brother Richard Ellis Potts (Rowan Earle Potts); and his nephew Johnny King of Murfreesboro.
