He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Capshaw, Sr. and Mary Lou Gatewood Capshaw; and his daughter Tracy. He is survived by: his son Matthew; his grandson Casey; his siblings, Donald (Alayne), Jeffery and Patricia Cruse (James); and his close friend Cody Davis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Shackelford Funeral Directors (201 S Main St, Middleton, TN 38052). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Calendar Middleton City Cemetery (300 S Main St, Middleton, TN 38052).
