He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Lewis (Lindy) of Atwood and Paula Wallace Taylor (Craig) of Springville; his son Gavin James Lewis of Alamo; his grandmothers, Mary Taylor of Milan and Linda Hatfield of Atwood; his siblings, Kyle Lewis (Morgan) of Atwood, Seth Lewis (MeKenzie) of Hixson, TN and Erin Lewis of Atwood; and his siblings' children, Max, Milo Lewis and Mae Lewis.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bodkin Funeral Home (2000 S 1st St, Milan, TN 38358). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Chapel Hill Cemetery (76 Chapel Hill Rd, Milan, TN 38358).
