He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Ann Clark; his brother Robert Lee Collins; and his granddaughter Tya Rae Weatherford. He is survived by: his nephew Shawn Ray Young; his wife Mary Collins; his father Charlie B. Collins Sr. (Polly); his siblings, Barbara Harrell and Bryan Collins; his son Raphael Termaine Collins; and his stepchildren, Porschea Harrell, Takeisha Dunn and Lorenzo Stewart. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friend.
