He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Palmer Fields; his daughter Dana Fletcher; his child-in-law Farris Wayne; his siblings, Henry Lowell Fields (Marion), Carol Speight (Don) and Kay Greene (Ron); his grandchildren, Max, Sophie, Lydia, Bess, Emma, Dylan, Jay, Caleb, Chance, Morgan and Tristyn; his great grandchildren, Leah, Hayden and Mason; and his close friend Harold Powers.
