He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Hays, Willie Hays, Ricky Hays, Keith Hays and Patricia Simmons.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (4106 S 1st St, Milan, TN 38358).
