She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy, Jr. Ramsey and Louise Leach Ramsey; and her brother Phillip Ramsey. She is survived by: her siblings, Jennifer Ramsey Hays of Milan, Steve Ramsey of Union City and Mark Ramsey of New Orleans.
