He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Loucks Jr. and Viola "Luella" Baynes; his wife Lora "Jennie" Jeanett Loucks; and his sister Pamela Clay. He is survived by: his daughter Saraphina Loucks; his grandchildren, Anthony, Isabella and Eva of Wolverine Lake, MI; his son Ricky Lane Loucks (Robin); his grandson Ethan of Milan, TN; his daughter Luella Blair (Thomas); his grandchildren, Lilly, Violet and Gage of Fenton, MI; his brothers, Bob, Bill and Chip; and also Julie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mississippi County Memorial Gardens (2173 US-61, Osceola, AR 72370).
