He is survived by : his son James Wheelis (Joleen); his parents, Mary Bea Fey (Don) and Vernon Wheelis (June); his siblings, Paula Brown (Dan), Jeff Wheelis (Julie) and Brad Wheelis (Kristen); his grandchildren, Caleb Burton, Ava Burton and Russell Wheelis; his close friend Amber Sarafiny; and also Reagan Sarafiny of Michigan.
