He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Warren and Dorothy Warren. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Scott Warren (Kim) of Quito and Tracy Simon (Doug) of Del Norte, CO; his grandchildren, Erika Glass (Andy) of Quito, Brooklyne Moren (Josh) of Munford and Jonathan Warren (Katie) of Atoka; his great grandchildren, Gracie-Kate, Hadelynn, Emma, John, Henry, Callen and Walker; and his siblings, Carolyn Mynatt (Raymond), Janet Lane (Bob) and Jimmy Warren (Dusty).
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Quito Memorial Cemetery Fund through Fellowship Baptist Church, where David was a lifelong member.
