He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Curtis and Lois Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Jason, Stacy, Tiffany, Beth and Samantha; and his sisters, Pam Lucas and Terri Suggs. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
