He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Mary Louisa O'Brien (Bryant); his siblings, George Wesley Howard and Betty Lou O'Brien; and his granddaughters, Savannah Grace and Katherine Mae Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon O'Brien; his children, Daniel O'Brien (Sara) and Daphne Palmer (Justin); his grandchildren, Haleigh O'Brien, Wesley, Blaine Palmer, Elizabeth Tate Palmer and Charlotte Palmer; and his sister Mary Jo George (Mike). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
