He is survived by: his wife Janice Swain Hughes (Frank) of Millington, TN; his children, Latoya Hughes, Felicia Hughes (Cynthia), Michelle Hughes, Tamara Neal (Timothy), Frank E Hughes, Jr., Cordarra Hughes (Marissa), Demareous Hughes and Terrance Freeman (Kenya); and his siblings, Judge Hughes, Jr. (Gloria), Connell Hughes, Jerome Hughes (Della), Martha Jones, Annie Harvey and Gearldine Scurlock. He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
