George V. Wren Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2025, at the age of 80, George V. Wren of Millington, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid George farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For George is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his children, Tonja Reynolds, Georgina Wren and Jody Wren. He is survived by: his wife Maria Sanchez Wren; and his children, Shanna Smith of Drummonds, TN, Veronica Pardura of Mexico, Jere Smith of Millington, TN, Walter Smith of Drummonds, TN, Oscar Yanez of Memphis, TN, Omar Yanez of Mexico and Carlos Pardura of Mexico. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Munford Funeral Homes - Millington Chapel (7450 Raleigh Millington Rd, Millington, TN 38053). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
