She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Helen Elaine Bales (Spurlock); her son Scott; and her grandson Corey Roberts. She is survived by: her children, Joyce, Schneider, Shamberg and May; her husband Dave; her children, Sallie Haworth (Ted) of Kansas, Mitchell (Cathy) of Florida and Stuart (Doneen) of Georgia; her daughter-in-law Wanda of Louisiana; her grandchildren, Lauren (Steven Dunn), Burt Haworth (Sara), Shane (Michele), Ryan Mills (Alexa), Chelsea Rierson, Jordan (Paige) and Shelbie Mills; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Ethan, Chloe, Harlow and Paisley Mills.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Porter Funeral Home (8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS 66215). The inurnment was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
