Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeannette Elizabeth Dixon of Millington, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 83, on November 20, 2025. Though Jeannette may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jeannette touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Glenn, Sr. and Merlyn Elizabeth; her former husband Kenneth H. Dixon; and her brother Robert G. Pratt Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Navy; and her children, Donna G. Carter and Christopher A. Dixon. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ASPCA in Millington, TN, in recognition of Jeannette's lifelong love of animals.
