She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Middleton and Ruth Jewell Middleton; her husband Bobby Sanders; her daughter Lisa Posey; and her siblings, Lewis Middleton, John Middleton, George Burtchett, Billie Joe Burtchett, Dorotha "Dot" Deason, Verna Baldi and Loretta Middleton.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Ashley Sanders, Amy Sanders, Bobby Sanders, Kailyn Ward and Jacob Anderson; her great grandchildren, Shyanne, Adeline, Jada, Zoey and Seth; and her siblings, Larry Middleton, Priscilla Willard (Harold) and Lona Woods.
