He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David Bruner, Jr. and Rhoda Henrietta Elam; and his wife JoAnn Runyon. He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Bruner Jr., David Lee Bruner and Sandra Morton; and his half-brother Arch Hamilton.
