He is survived by: his wife Doris Rutledge; his children, James Ray Morgan (Tina), Bobby Joe Rutledge, Jr. (Camey) and Chris Odom (Wendy); and his siblings, Jerry Rutledge, Charles William Rutledge, Carol Pugh and Judy Pugh. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
