With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sherry Lynn Siniard of Minor Hill, Tennessee, born in Bloomington, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Deckard of Unionville and Carolyn Nondus Goodman Behen of Bloomington, Indiana; her sister Bridgette Frye Carmichael of Bloomington, Indiana; her daughter Misty Able; and her grandparents, Pete, Zade Goodman, Harley and Gayle Deckard.
She is survived by: her husband James Siniard (Jimmy); her brother Tim Deckard of Indianapolis, Indiana; her daughters, Lisa L. Payton (Bruce) of Gosport and Megan Forrest of Minor Hill, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jacob Murphy (Abby) of Evansville, Samiya, Sophie and Mason Stratman of Jasper, Indiana; her great grandchild Winston; and her sibling's children, Anna Bryant, Kristin Lauer, Alexis Carmichael and Steven Deckard.
In honor of Sherry's memory, donations may be made to the Giles County Humane Association, reflecting her lifelong love of animals.
