He was predeceased by: his father Ben Kite, Sr.; and his sister Vickie Sue Matthews. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Ann Kite, Zachary Kite, Cody Kite and Ben "Trey" Kite, III; his mother Bobbie J. Kite; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Sally" Bradley (Terry) and Johnny Kite. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christian Sells Funeral Home (1520 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
