Though Cheryl may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Marie and Matt L. Smith; and her sister Cindy Anne. She is survived by: her husband Doug E. Tippins; her children, Amy Baker (Del) and Kevin Tippins (Kristy); her grandchildren, Andrew Baker, Fallyn Baker, Archer Tippins and Durham Tippins; and her sister Carol Black (James). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
