She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Tolliver; her daughter Lori Tolliver; and her siblings, Boby Jo Williams, Coy Smelcer, Ray Smelcer and Lloyd Smelcer (Duck).
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Pierce (Wes Pierce) and Sheryl Hill (Brian Hill); her grandchildren, Thomas Fillers (Shawna Fillers), Ashton Pierce and Cassidy Hill; her great grandchildren, Mallory Fillers and Kaiden Fillers; her brother Freddy Smelcer (Betty Smelcer); and her close friend Sonny Carter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
