Fairl Franklin was predeceased by: husband Willard Carter; sons, Jeff Carter and Jackie Carter; parents, Bertie Clarence and Abbie Franklin (Smith); and grandson Davon Carter.
Fairl Franklin is survived by: son Mike Carter; grandchildren, Veronica Sampson (Cliff), Dylan Carter of Sparta, Cody Carter of Cookeville and Dena Carter; great grandchildren, Jence, Jodi Sampson and Carson Caudill; and siblings, Shirley Bilbrey and Joe Franklin (Cookie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home (544 Lafayette Rd, Red Boiling Springs, TN 37150). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at the Union Hill Cemetery.
Family requests memorials be made assist the family with funeral expenses.
