We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2025, at the age of 71, Claude Maxwell (Monterey, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edgar and Clora Edna Cooper Maxwell; and his brothers, Arles, James and William "Bill" Maxwell.
He is survived by: his son Justin Claude Maxwell of Kentucky; his sister Barbara Hood of Sparta; his grandchildren, Jayce Maxwell, Jasmine Templeton, Jade Maxwell, Noah Maxwell and William Wright; and his sisters, Anna Youngblood, Kathy Maxwell, Saundra Ford and Nita Maxwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Horner Funeral Home (203 S Holly St, Monterey, TN 38574). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
