He is survived by: his wife Teri Locke; his daughters, Dawn Lile (Andy Lile), Amy Callender (Andrew Callender) and Mandy Locke (Alex Granados); and his grandchildren, Aaron Lile (Hailey Lile), Kate Lile and Forrest Callender.
