He is survived by: his wife Helen Dunn Holloway of Monterey; his daughters, Lawuanna Hitchcock (Andy) of Cookeville and Kara Phillips (Josh) of Monterey; his grandchildren, Jacob Phillips, Madison Phillips and Mackenzie Hitchcock; his siblings, Leroy Holloway (Katherine) of Jackson County and Brenda Bullock (Steve) of Monterey; and his siblings-in-law, Clay Dunn (Judy) and Dean Hutchison (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
