She was predeceased by: her siblings, Linda Sue Murphy, Patricia Ann Scott Sisco, Barbara Ann Murphy Threet, Shirley Temple Murphy Hassler, Bobby Lynn Murphy, Donnie Ray Murphy, Larry Hubert Murphy and Gary Junior Murphy.

She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce Ann Murphy Harvill and Jimmy Lynn Murphy; her daughter Cynthia Lynn; her sister-in-law Dolly Murphy; her nieces and nephews, Mickey, Tim, Clara, Sharron and Barbara; Lois (Joyce). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
