He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Fay and Helen Agnes Sanderson Harwell; and his son Shannon Harwell. He is survived by: his wife Rae Harwell of Milledgeville; his son Shane Harwell (Tanya) of Enville; and his grandchildren, Hunter and Lexie Harwell.
