He was predeceased by: his parents, Artin Williams and Lona Bell Pullum Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Jones Williams of Morrison, TN; his children, Jeremy L. Williams of Morrison, TN, Yvonne Harbin of McMinnville, TN and David Williams of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Rachel Hill, Jory Campbell, John Campbell, Kiley Williams, Katelynn Bledsoe and Ethan Williams; and his sister-in-law Shirley Williams. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 8:00 AM at the High's Chapel (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
