She is survived by: her parents, Jim Smoot and JoAnn Smoot of Morrison, TN.; her daughters, Lauryn Ashby of Morrison, TN and Ella Ashby of Morrison, TN; her siblings, Amy Smith (Neal) of McMinnville and Tim Smoot of Morrison, TN; her grandmother Aradell Jones of McMinnville; her niece Hannah Hildreth (Parker) of Lebanon, TN; her nephews, Caleb Smith of McMinnville and J. T. Smoot of Morrison, TN; and her close friend Candice King.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
