He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Holt and Mary Gann Holt; and his siblings, Louise Young (Raymond), Estill Holland (Henry), Rosie Bouldin (J. C.), Helen Roberts, Jimmy Holt (Frances), Dillard Holt (Willie), Orville Holt, Walter Holt and Raymond Holt.

He is survived by : his caregivers, Earlene Vickers of Morrison, TN and Daria. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and special caregivers.
