It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Avery Sue Brooks of Morristown, Tennessee, who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Bell and Lantie Bell; her siblings, Eugene, Lloyd, Theodore Bell, Bonnie Lou Moore and Joann Jenkins; and her former husband Carl Brooks.

She is survived by: her daughter Carla Bradley (Tony); her grandson Matt Bradley (Macy); her brother Troy Bell; her nephews, Lantie Bell (Yvonne), Chris Bell (Mary) and Jim Bell; and her close friend Sue Givens. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family members, and special friends.
