She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Cook and Vera Cook; her husband Charles Wallace Shaver (Wally); her grandson James Charles Mangum (Charlie); and her siblings, Kenneth Cook (Louise), Christine Henson (JL), Evelyn, Delores Cook Rutherford (Dean) and Joan Bandy.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Greene; her granddaughters, Leigh Ann Evans (Mitch) and Rachael Carpenter (Dave); her great grandchildren, Hensley, Reagan Evans, Charleigh, Ava and Luke Carpenter; her son-in-law Larry Mangum; and her dear neighbor Marilyn Purkey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Trinity Methodist Church.
