He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Coffey and Vada Carpenter Coffey; his son Bobby D. Coffey; his grandson Logan Coffey; and his sisters, Geneva Dalton, Ruby Atkins and Betty Atkins.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Coffey; his son Jeff Coffey (Kristy); and his siblings, Iva Russell, Irene Helton (Will), Jay Coffey (Cathy) and Enos Coffey (Crystal). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
