She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronnie Lee Godfrey; and parents, Cecil Gregg and Pauline Owenby.
She is survived by her loving children, Christopher Godfrey, Amanda (Lynn) Stanley, Rebecca (Justin) Hartsell, Matthew (Robin) Godfrey, and Shannon (Christian) Godfrey; grandchildren, Kathryn Seay, Kevin Godfrey, Austin Godfrey, Terry (Caitlin) Stanley, Sarah (George) Bryant, Nathan Godfrey, Alec Godfrey, Caleb Hartsell, Ayden Hartsell, and Rachel Hartsell.
A Celebration of Life will be held later in the fall.
