He is survived by: his wife Laura Watkins; his children, Jake Watkins and Maddie Zentmeyer (Kevin); his granddaughter Aubree Watkins; his sisters, Sherri Elkin (Bobby), Vicky Burns (Chuck), Pam Enix (Jeff) and Leslie Carter; and his siblings-in-law, David and Terri Tilson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home (146 E Main St, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of choice.
