He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Carroll and Mamie Seal Carroll. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Carroll; his close friend Lisa Roberts; his niece Amanda Weiss (Robert); and his nephew Kevin Carroll (Cindy). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
