He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Sharon Dodson and William Edwards (Jeffrey); and his great-uncles, Marvin and Gene Dodson.
He is survived by: his parents, James Dodson and Ariel Dodson; his siblings, Hattie Mae, Hallie Jo and Deacon Dodson; his grandparents, Joseph and Amy Cantin; his great-aunts, Marnita Wilson and Bessie Dodson; his uncles, Elijah Cantin (Cassie), Jacob Cantin (Reece Nichols) and Robbie Dodson (Aniessa); and his aunt Makayla Wilson (Bryar).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church (1944 Silver City Rd, Russellville, TN 37860). The lying in state was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (1944 Silver City Rd, Russellville, TN 37860). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at the same location.
