He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Josh Waddell and Mekenzie Waddell; his brother Rhett; his grandparents, Scott, Dee Winstead, John Waddell and Annette Waddell (Kevin Hatfield); his aunt Morgan Blair (DJ); and his cousins, Charleigh and Leon.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly ask that Teddy Bears be brought to the service in honor of Decker, as a small gesture to bring comfort to other children and families in his memory.
