Demi leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Demi’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Demi will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Minor and Lorene Minor (John F. Jefferson). She is survived by: her children, Mitzi Waye (Greg), Bucky Jefferson (Rhonda) and Tracy S. Jefferson; her grandsons, Terry D. Minor Jr., Brock Waye (Caitlin) and A. J. Jefferson (Kristen); and her great grandchild Hayden Jefferson.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814).
